RF Swift is the containerised SDR toolbox we wrote because setting up a radio environment used to cost an afternoon of dependency archaeology. It runs on every engagement, it is what attendees take home from a training, and the Community edition is free and open source. An RF Swift Pro edition adds capabilities for specific professional tasks.
